Flooring and Renovations – Sechelt, BC

rachel - hall to kitchen

The owner wished to sell this 20 year old 3 bedroom 2200 square foot townhouse,  so it needed to be renovated and remodelled to appeal to a more modern, younger clientele.

The original flooring was old-style oak plank that was sun-damaged and water damaged over the years, so it was replaced with a modern Aberdeen grey/beige floating floor throughout the main floor except for the carpeted living room and bedrooms.

RLS also replaced and painted baseboards, doors and frames, updated locks, and updated the fixtures in bathrooms and kitchen.

The owner was pleased with the modern look and feel and the townhouse was able to be marketed at a higher price point with a minor investment.
